- What is a good closing gift from a realtor?

- How far ahead should I order?
- Order once the closing date is firm. Each piece is made in 3 to 5 business days, then ships with tracking at the shipping speed you choose.
- Can it go straight to my buyers?
- Yes. Put their new address in at checkout and it ships to their front door with tracking, or send it to your office to hand over at the closing. Nothing reaches them before the finished piece does.
